There is this horrible rumor going around that jump rope is the worst for the knees. Disclaimer.. I am not a medical doctor. If your doctor say don't jump, DON'T. However, if you can run or jog, you can jump. Jump rope can be as high impact or as low impact as you want it. If you are conscience about your knees, here are some great tips. 1️⃣. Only jump high enough to clear the rope. 2️⃣. Jump on surfaces that absorb shock. 3️⃣. Wear shoes that absorb shock. 4️⃣. Jump on your toes only. I hope that this information was useful.
