Jump Rope Is Not Bad For The Knees


There is this horrible rumor going around that jump rope is the worst for the knees. ⁣ Disclaimer.. I am not a medical doctor. If your doctor say don't jump, DON'T. ⁣ However, if you can run or jog, you can jump. ⁣ Jump rope can be as high impact or as low impact as you want it. ⁣ If you are conscience about your knees, here are some great tips. ⁣ 1️⃣. Only jump high enough to clear the rope. ⁣ 2️⃣. Jump on surfaces that absorb shock. ⁣ 3️⃣. Wear shoes that absorb shock. ⁣ 4️⃣.
