J.U.M.P. (Journey Of The Underdog Making Progress)

It's always been important to me to help others. Even as a little girl, I wanted to grow up to be a queen, librarian teacher or social worker so that I could make a difference in people's lives. I'm grateful that I've been able to use my skills and experiences to help others as a case manager for the past 20+ years. It's not always easy, but seeing the difference that I can make in someone's life is worth it. I've also had to seek out help myself at times. No one is infallible and we all need help from time to time. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It takes courage to admit that you need assistance and then to follow through with finding the resources that you need. By taking care of our own emotional wellbeing, we can be better equipped to take care of others. When we're confident and mentally strong, we can handle whatever life throws our way - and help others do the same.

I work with some amazing clients at work, but my true passion is helping women who are suffering and don't realize that they have the strength to change their lives. Far too many women lack confidence and feel like they are not worthy of good things. They end up living lives that are far below their potential because they don't believe in themselves. I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way. You can be strong and confident, no matter what life throws your way. It will take some work, but I know you can do it. Just remember that you are not alone and I'll be cheering you on every step of the way.
